Why do I need to register?
A

The registration process accomplishes several things.

  • Validates that you are a member of the system.
  • Directs you to the proper courses you have been enrolled in.
  • Allows you to select your own User Name and Password, making it easier for you to remember them.

Do I have to register every time I want to login?
A
No, once you have registered for your course(s), all you need to do is click on "Course Login" and enter your User Name and Password. The only exception is if your organization purchases additional courses.

How do I register?
A
  1. Click on the "Course Registration" hyperlink, located on the side menu.
  2. Look at your "HCI / TSG Web Course Registration and Login Instructions"
  3. Find the "User Registration Information and Login Instructions" section (underneath available courses)
  4. Enter your First Name exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  5. Enter your Last Name exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  6. Enter your ID-Code exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  7. Click the "Login" button
  8. The registration page will appear.
  9. Create a User Name - Letters and numbers only, minimum of 6 characters
  10. Create a password - Letters and numbers only, minimum 6 characters
  11. Re-type your password for verification purposes
  12. Enter your E-mail Address (If you have one)
  13. The next few lines are optional
  14. Click on the Register button. The 'You have Successfully Completed the Registration' page will appear. Click the 'To Login, Click here' hyperlink.
  15. Next, the Login Page appears
  16. Enter the User Name you just created
  17. Enter the Password you just created
  18. Click the Login button
  19. What you see next will vary, depending on the number of courses you have been registered for.
    1. If you have been enrolled for only one course, the course title page will appear and you may begin taking the course.
    2. If you have been enrolled for multiple courses, a selection menu will appear.
  20. If you have been enrolled in multiple courses, select the course you wish to take from the course menu and you may begin taking the course.

Do I need to remember my ID-Code?
A
No, once you have successfully registered, you will not need to remember your ID-Code. The only thing you need to remember is your User Name and Password.

What is a User Name?
A
A User Name is a combination of numbers and / or characters, minimum of 6 characters in length.
Example: jsmith OR mfox123 OR bigbird.
Do not include spaces or any special characters.

Are there any requirements for my Password?
A
Like the User Name, the Password must be at least 6 characters long and contain only numbers and letters. No special characters. The passwords are not case sensitive. It is a good idea to pick something that is not easily guessed by someone else.

How do I login?

  1. From the side menu, Click on 'Course Login'
  2. Enter your User name and Password.
  3. You will be given an option to Continue where you left off or Return to the Table of Contents if you wish to revisit the previous chapters.

  1. Click "Course Login"
  2. Click on the "Forgot Password" hyperlink.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click the "Email me my user information" button.

Can I Log Out from a course and return later to continue?
A
You are permitted to log out of all courses EXCEPT Self Assessments. Self Assessments must be taken in one sitting. Consult your "HCI / TSG Web Course Registration and Login Instructions" under "Available Courses" to find the recommended time allotment for your particular self assessment.

How do I log back in once I have exited the course?

  1. Type http://www.webhci.com/ into the address bar on your browser.
  2. The HCI Web Site will appear. On the side menu, you will notice a hyperlink labeled 'CBT-Dr. Sullivan's Risk Management Courses.' Click on it.
  3. The HCI Acknowledgment page appears. You must click 'Accept', to continue.
  4. From the side menu, Click on 'Course Login'
  5. Enter your User name and Password.
  6. You will be given an option to Continue where you left off or Return to the Table of Contents if you wish to revisit the previous chapters.

Our Courses were designed to be viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater and run in a resolution of 800 x 600. View in another browser or at a different resolution may cause some misalignment.
